After watching the last episode of sherlock I knew that I had to get a Doctor who and sherlock wallpaper but I decided to make one myself because I wanted to.

Well... these two are actually really similar. The 11th Doctor's greatest skill is his extraordinary skill of perception and his (as Sherlock Holmes himself put it) powers of deduction. The only difference is that Sherlock doesn't have a time machine. And, presumably, is less inclined to bring back the awesomeness of bow ties and fezzes.
