try and use a photo editing program. you need to work on it a bit. SH matches 10th Doctor. (I think.)

I used photoshop for it and I only make these for fun so I'm not fussed if ther'e not perfect,it's not like it's my job.I personally prefere the 11th Doctor but everyone has thier own opinions
